Chef Ian, who lived in California for several years, told us the mystery to a Cali-model burrito is……French fries!! Not unlike chips on a sandwich, they increase a wonderful crunch to every single bite. 

We have been demonstrated carne asada and tomatillo salsa recipes right before chef taught us the ideal way to roll a burrito. 

Then we well prepared our own burritos building the carne asada on the flat-leading grill and pico de gallo salsa.

Right after we rolled our burritos, we headed again to the eating area wherever the cooks brought out gorgeous salads, grilled bok choy, piping very hot sweet potato fries, and pickled veggies. My burrito was DELISH, but all those salads are what I retained heading back for far more. Have to be the freshly picked herbs and greens!

And past but not least, we experienced this cinnamon chocolate cake. OMG. We went home pretty total and incredibly content!
