New gym Evolve Fitness makes debut in Grand Chute

GRAND CHUTE – If you are looking for an indoor exercise routine option for when outdoor training results in being hampered by Wisconsin winter season, a new option is available.

Evolve Fitness opened Aug. 28 at 2021 N. Casaloma Drive in Grand Chute. The exercise club is open up 24 several hours, 7 times a 7 days and is completely outfitted with strength and cardiovascular gear.  

Operator Maria Muñoz known as Evolve Exercise a “boutique gymnasium,” which means the facility is not as roomy as a “big-box” chain fitness center such as Anytime Health or World Exercise. “I kind of cater to the neighborhood that does not like a major gymnasium,” Muñoz stated. “I want to know my persons and know my clientele, so it feels like a conditioning relatives.”

The strength products at Evolve Physical fitness includes plate-loaded devices, cost-free weights – these types of as dumbbells and kettle bells — and other equipment. For cardio, the fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, rowers and stationary bikes. The practical space involves bounce ropes, struggle ropes, bands and slam balls, although there are foam rollers and other mobility resources in the stretching space.
